about No Derivative Works-licens |
Hi!
I'm making a movie for a school project, and i need this kind of music
http://archive.org/details/BennyHillYaketySax , but my teacher says i need something that i can use and am allowed to use by the rightful owner, so i was wondering if i could use it. Because this is a perfect piece for my video ^^
please answer as fast as you could, because i need to be done this monday.
but i will need proof for my teacher and all... cus this video is my masterpiece... someone please answer...

Well, the trouble with this one is that the recording is probably still in copyright, as the music itself wasn't written until 1963. Possibly whoever uploaded it here didn't have the right to do so, either. ;)
I wonder if there may be anything suitable in circus music, like
http://archive.org/details/bmb19860517 (tracks 8 & 9 are quite fun). That has a suitable licence.
